In today’s market, party speakers mean many options, many brands, and even more marketing. But not all speakers can deliver the same performance. Many speakers are loud, but lack bass. Many speakers have good lighting but lack sound. That’s why I’ve been using party speakers of various prices for a while now. The one that surprised me the most is Zebronics Zeb Prima Pro।
In this article, I will go into detail about the entire speaker from my own experience—its features, sound quality, battery backup, microphone performance, and ultimately why it is a really good option for its price.
Design and build quality
At first glance, the speaker looks like it’s a sturdy device built for serious use. The entire speaker weighs about 6 kg, so when you pick it up, you’ll know that it has some pretty powerful components inside. There’s a metal grille on the front, which covers the four speaker drivers. There’s ZEBRONICS branding in the middle of the grille, which looks pretty premium.
There is a sturdy handle on the top of the speaker, which is easy to hold and carry. A carrying strap can also be attached if needed. Being a party speaker, RGB lighting has been provided on the side, which creates a good atmosphere in low-light environments. Not only styling, but also on both sides dual passive bass radiator, whose function is to increase the depth of the bass—you can really feel it when playing.
Unboxing and Accessories
The items you find when you open the box are more than you would expect for this price.
In the box is—
- Speaker unit
- USB Type-C charging cable
- Aux cable
- Wireless microphone (with rechargeable battery)
- Carrying strap
- User Manual (QR-Based Guide)
Getting a wireless microphone is an added benefit at this price. Many brands don’t offer mics below 15-20 thousand, so this inclusion from Zebronics is valuable for many users.
Control panel and features
The speaker’s control panel is on the top.
In this you will get—
- Power switch
- Volume control knob
- Microphone volume control
- Bass Boost button
- Track Next/Previous
- Play/Pause
- Mode Switch (Bluetooth, AUX, USB)
- RGB light control
- Mic Port
- Guitar Port
- Treble Control
- Bass Level Control
- Reverb/Echo Adjustment
On the other hand, there is the back:
- USB port
- Aux Input
- Type-C Charging Port
- Reset Button
This panel layout is very straightforward, so there’s no chance of getting confused even if you’re using it for the first time.
Battery & Charging
Battery backup is the biggest challenge for speakers at this price point, but the Zeb Prima Pro performs well here.
- Charging time:3–3.5 hours
- Battery backup:
- Approximately 70% of the volume5–7 hours
- Even more if you just use the mic.
This is more than enough for those who regularly host outdoor get-togethers or small events. However, at full volume, the battery will drain quickly—this is normal for all party speakers.

Wireless Mic Performance
The wireless microphone on this speaker really surprised me.
The mic is well built, the sound output is clear. The reverb and echo control provided on the speaker work very well on the microphone. It is usable for both karaoke or announcements.
There is very little of any hiss or noise—which is usually more common in budget speaker mics.
App Control – a big feature
Speakers at this price don’t usually have app support, but Zebronics has them. Vibe Control App It has provided great benefits.
From the app you will get—
- Speaker battery info
- Volume control
- Customize RGB lights
- Indoor/Outdoor/Party EQ
- Custom equalizer
- Bass Boost On/Off
- DJ sound effects
- Nature Sounds (Sea, Birds, Rain)
- Mic tone control (Bass/Treble/Echo)
- TWS Pairing
- Aura Cast Connectivity
Aura Cast allows you to connect to other speakers of the same brand to create bigger sound. It’s a fairly premium feature.
Sound Quality – The real magic is here
Now the real question—how does it sound?
I tested it with different songs, movie highlights, EDM, bass testing tracks—everything. The results are in one word Excellent।
Loudness
150W RMS means it will play loud—but the special thing here is that the sound doesn’t shake or distort even at full volume.
Bass Performance
The base is the biggest surprise.
Deep, punchy, hard-hitting bass—can rival many 15,000-rupee speakers in the local market.
Vocals
Dialogue or songs—the vocals are always clear.
Does not get buried under the base.
Highs & Treble
Highs are bright enough, but not ear-splitting.
Outdoor Performance
The sound spreads very well when used outdoors.
All in all, it is truly rare to get this sound quality at a price of 10-11 thousand.
Splash Proof
The speaker is splash-proof.
That is—
- Water splash
- Light rain
- Poolside use
—There will be no problem with these things.
